Handmade is over, so what’s next?…
A massive thank you to everybody who battled the weather and came to see us in Chelsea town hall. It is such a treat to get the jewellery out there and see peoples reactions, everyone seemed to be enjoying the work, particularly the proverbial collection. We weren’t alone though, there were lots of other great designers including ceramics, jewellery, furnature and textiles.
Rachel McKnight had some fabulously eye catching, laser cut, perspex products, including jewellery and tableware, you can see (and order) them on her website www.rachelmcknight.com and everybody was loving the bold floral textiles by Bluebell Gray. If you didn’t make it along then maybe next year…
In the mean time Rock Cakes has one other stop on the pre-christmas mini road trip and that is at Fabrica, 40 Duke Street, Brighton, BN1 1AG, nice to be back in our home town. It’s more of a fashion event and is running on Saturday and Sunday 12th and 13th December, times still to be confirmed. Watch this space for all of the information and we hope that you can come and say hello.
For those of you who do want to place a Christmas order the sooner the better, so that we can make it and have it delivered to you in good time…
