Jewellery Care

Your jewellery is designed and made to last a lifetime and with care it will.

Silver
- Your silver loves to be worn - This prevents it from becoming tarnished.
- It does not like chemicals - Beauty products on first, jewellery on second. Chlorine in a swimming pool is a no no.
- It loves a polishing cloth - Drop me a line and I can send you one.
- Silver dip will return your jewellery to super shiny.
- Keep it boxed - your little RockCakes box will help prevent tarnish, tangles and scratches.
- Last on, first off - Think of it as a finishing touch and the first thing to take off before bed!
- Don't panic! If you have an issue I'm here to help, pieces can be hand polished and repaired if needed here at the hq. Get in touch for help and advice.

Gold
- Gold is tough but not invincible - 18ct is tougher than 9ct. Going for a workout or digging the garden your jewellery would rather sleep in.
- Gold does not like chemicals - Beauty products on first, jewellery on second. Chlorine in a swimming pool is a no no.

Acrylics
- Acrylics are fun to wear but need some care, they can scratch so store them in a gentle way.
- Got a bit grubby? Give them a wipe with a dry soft cloth - like the one you use for your glasses.
- Chemicals are a no no. Beauty products first, jewellery second. Chlorine in a pool? No thanks!
- Watch the heat. Avoid sunbathing or leaving on the dashboard of a car, too much hear could warp your piece.

Enamel Pins
- Enamel pins love to be worn but they don't like to be washed - take them off your clothes before the spin cycle begins.
- Store them in a fun way, on a notice board, pinned on a banner or in a little display case, to help prevent scratching.
- Think of them as little pieces of art, designed to be seen and enjoyed.
