Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be super happy and love your jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 28 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including any certificates and tags.
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalised items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in workmanship. This applies mostly to rings and custom made gold pieces.
- Jewellery that has been sized or adapted by a third party.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.
- If you prefer, we can issue store credit or an exchange for another item.
Shipping Costs
- For returns due to defects or errors on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Import Duties - Outside of the UK
As the recipient you are responsible for import duties, tax and administration charges that maybe applied by your local customs.
