Antifreeze started as a scribble in my own sketchbook - the messy, private place where ideas rest before they can disappear. This workshop is an invitation to meet yourself there.

This isn't about super drawing skills - it's about the opposite of creative block - melting a frozen creative mind.

It's about noticing the magic already around you - a thought, a phrase, a shape, a feeling - and getting it down before it slips away. 
The start of a poem, a drawing, a story, an idea you didn't know you had. 
A practice of knowing yourself, and letting your true creativity unfold.

We'll start with the why, mine and yours - the space between you and yourself, and how a pocket book can hold it.
Then we'll move into the how - hands-on, prompts, pen to paper, no pressure to be good at this. Just honest doodles.
